How quickly can you place someone in a role?

A: We screen and present candidates in 24-48 hours from the time you share the job brief. Most agencies take 2-3 weeks because they’re screening for just one thing, technical skills. We screen for two: skill fit and cultural fit. That’s why our placements last longer.

Q: What happens after we hire someone? Do we get support?

Yes. We do a 45 days check-in with every placement. How are they settling in? How’s the culture fit? Is the team gelling? If there are early warning signs, we help address them before they become problems. If someone isn’t working out after good-faith effort (rare), we help you find a replacement. You get accountability, not just a placement.

Q: I’ve tried email marketing before. Why would this be different?

A: Most email agencies send campaigns. We build revenue systems. We audit what you’re currently doing, identify exactly where you’re losing money, fix it, set up automation, and measure revenue per email sent and not just open rates. We’ve helped D2C brands grow from $30K to $100K monthly revenue through email alone.

Q: How do I know this will actually work for my business?

A: Depends on the service. For staffing: you pay a percentage of the placed candidate’s salary no upfront cost. For email marketing: typically retainers. For digital marketing: usually 2-3 months minimum on a campaign. We don’t do hourly pilots or “just try us out” arrangements because that incentivizes shortcuts, not results. But the upside is: if we deliver, you want to keep us. Most clients stay 24+ months.
